What are your hours?

Monday-Friday: 8 AM – 7 PM
Saturday: 8 AM-6 PM
Sunday: 8 AM-5 PM

What should I do if I'm having an emergency?
We are not an emergency hospital so Please go to an emergency hospital (ie. VCA TLC or MASH).
How long does it take for my prescription to be filled?

Prescriptions generally can take up to 24-48 hours to be filled.

Do I need to make a deposit to make an appointment?

All new clients must leave a deposit that would cover the cost of the exam to hold their appointment spot. Anyone with a history of canceling or no-shows will be required to make a deposit for each pet coming in.

*Deposits are only refundable if the appointment is canceled 24 hours prior to the appointment
