What are your hours?

Monday-Friday: 8 AM – 7 PM

What should I do if I'm having an emergency?

We are not an emergency facility. If your pet is having a medical emergency outside of our regular business hours please contact your nearest emergency veterinary facility. Be aware that even if your pet is seen here, you may still be referred to an emergency or specialty facility by our doctors.

The nearest emergency facility to our location is MASH Veterinary Hospital, located at 6565 Santa Monica Blvd, Los Angeles, CA 90038. Call MASH at (855) 350-7387.

How long does it take for my prescription to be filled?
If you are requesting a prescription refill, please contact our pharmacy at least 72 hours prior. Prescriptions take up to 1-3 business days to be filled and are available to be picked up during regular business hours.
Do I need to make a deposit to schedule an appointment?
New clients are required to leave a deposit equal to the cost of an exam to hold their scheduled appointment. Please call 323 654 7060 to schedule.
Existing clients with a history of no-shows or same-day cancellations will be required to place a deposit when scheduling at the discretion of management.

Deposits are non-refundable 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment. If you wish to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please contact us more than 24 hours prior.
